When you submit a story to Stories We Remember, you retain full ownership of your words, your experience, and your voice.

By submitting, you grant Barking Justice Media permission to:

• Publish your story on our platform
• Edit lightly for clarity or formatting (never for meaning)
• Feature it in related projects like music, podcasts, or educational materials — with attribution to you (or anonymously, if you choose)

But your story is still yours.
You can request edits, updates, or even removal at any time. We respect your agency and are here to protect it, not exploit it.

We believe that storytelling is an act of courage, and we honor that courage by putting control where it belongs: in your hands.
